Ensure that your items are well-protected to prevent damage during transit. We highly recommend that you send your items in by Royal Mail Special Delivery, as these consignments are usually traceable and insured up to the value of £500; if your items are worth more than this, you’ll need to check at the Post Office to increase the insured items value.

Weighing your precious metal items can be difficult. If you can’t do this, leave the weights box blank and the price calculator and click ‘Complete your order form’. Fill in the form fields, post your items to us (see FAQ above for best way to do this) and our team will provide an accurate weight/pricing to within 0.1grams, using our calibrated weighing scales.

When your items arrive with us, we will assess your package and order form and respond to you immediately via email or telephone to confirm we have received the package and make a payment to you using your preferred payment method. If we have any further questions as this point we will let you know.

Once we have emailed you about your items arriving and have verified the contents within the package, payment will usually be made that same day, if not instantly after our communications with you.
